Srushti deshmukh who is in her third year of engineering is already beginning preparation for UPSC. After graduation, she started to wonder whether or not she'd enjoy a career in engineering job. Then, she realized that the dream of her was to work in civil service and decided to pursue the field. The parents of her advised her to study for civil services and pursue a career serving the public. She stayed motivated and concentrated on becoming an IAS officer. In order to be a candidate for UPSC the candidate must be more diligent. While she was studying for her engineering classes and other classes, she also used to prepare different subjects in UPSC. Exam preparation was conducted daily. She completed her engineering tests in only one-and-a-half months. She stayed out of social situations. Her belief is that staying focused on the task at hand is key to passing the exam. Her efforts were arduous to attain her aim of passing the test at the first attempt. Daily, she would read the newspaper to keep abreast of the latest news. Rajya Sabha TV, online sources and various study tools proved to be a great help for her.
